As your architect we hope that we can not only provide you with a
beautiful home, but one that adds value and street appeal, i.e.
one that we can both be proud of.

This can only be accomplished by listening to your needs, and
unlike many other architects who design 3 schemes and have you
pick one; maybe you don’t like any, we believe in "hands on
design" with the client present at a charette where you actively
partake in the design process. As we sketch and you make changes
you are able to see your decisions materialize as well as the
path that got you there. As each layer of tracing paper reflects
not only your decisions but previous discarded ideas, jointly
we can make your dreams a reality. The “process” of design is
a critical client-architect interaction and the key/focus of our
service. We want to design what you want not what I think you
want while designing 3 schemes in my office.

I believe each design is unique and each client’s needs mandate
this crucial “hands on process”. It is what you are paying for and
what makes the design not merely a house but rather a “home”.

This process is also quicker/less costly than preparation of 3
schemes.Since it is performed right in the house usually in a single
sitting for 3-3 ½ hours, the fee is around $700. Client interaction
is encouraged and if a question pops up we can walk it as we’re
already there. But best of all you feel part of the design of your
new “home” and have real time input in the process, i.e.:where you
came from to the final design.
