The second floor addition added 4 bedrooms with a bath and a gorgeous master bath and suite! We maximized the old ranch’s attic space by running the addition between the original roof peaks. The grounds were designed for entertaining with a multilevel deck and terrazzo patio around the pool, all landscaped beautifully!
