Ranch Add a Level

Working over the existing ranch, balance and scale were crucial to the roof pitch, shade, shadow and redo of the existing façade. Inside the first floor was reworked adding a beautiful foyer, opening up the floor plan, then adding a game room! Upstairs new bedrooms were added. Without gutting everything, we changed the look and feel off this home!
